Job summary

AV is seeking a Property and Asset Analyst III to manage all controlled assets across the Asset Management Lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. The role focuses on maintaining asset accountability, training, and process improvement to support audits and regulatory requirements.

The position requires travel up to 35% and a bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of related property and asset management experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems, record-keeping, and MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of government property administration principles and related standards.
• Experience with asset management lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees, manages and analyzes asset-related activities to ensure government and company assets are managed per regulations and policies.
• Establishes and maintains asset accountability records.
• Coordinates disposition of excess or surplus material or equipment.
• Conducts internal and external process assessments for regulatory compliance and analyzes results for financial and operational purposes.
• Provides guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to asset life-cycle management.
• Supports internal and external audits.
• This a hybrid position and may also support AV remote locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
