Job summary

Bankers Trust Company in Des Moines, IA is seeking an Asset/Liability Analyst I or II to assist with the financial management and balance sheet analysis. You will perform financial and data analysis and serve as an internal consultant to other business lines within the organization.

Analyst II will perform more complex analyses and may be called upon to present to management. Hybrid eligibility is available; the role offers group health, PTO, 401(k) and tuition assistance, plus life insurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Math, or Data Analysis or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of financial or data analysis experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis to support management of the Bank's balance sheet.
• Conducts margin analysis.
• Assists in the preparation for asset/liability committee meetings.
• Assists in completion of the Bank-wide budget.
• Conducts Peer analysis.
• Supports management with analysis needs.
