Job summary

BraunAbility seeks a Financial Analyst II to join a hybrid finance and accounting role. You will perform financial analysis, budgeting, variance analyses, and assist with month-end close, payroll, and asset management, emphasizing accuracy and GAAP compliance.

You will generate MR&A materials, provide management with insights, and support internal/external audits while maintaining precise financial records and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics required.
• Experience as Financial Analyst or Staff Accountant in hybrid role.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Proficient in Excel and financial software tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and modeling to support planning and forecasting.
• Prepare variance and trend analyses and detailed financial reports.
• Develop budgets and financial plans; monitor performance against forecasts.
• Handle general accounting tasks including journal entries and month-end close.
• Assist with internal and external audits and asset management tasks.
• Reconcile payroll, fixed assets, vehicle inventory and bank activity.
• Prepare MR&A packets and support management decision-making.
