Job summary

Advanced Surgery Center Amarillo is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee hybrid operations, regulatory readiness, and supply chain management for ongoing clinical activities. The role ensures uninterrupted operations, patient and staff safety, and survey readiness across the ASC.

The successful candidate will coordinate recalls, equipment servicing, and vendor relations, while maintaining Environment of Care and life safety standards; and contribute to emergency preparedness and incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 10+ years relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of healthcare accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, budgeting, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory control of medical and surgical supplies and equipment.
• Maintain Environment of Care and life safety programs, and ensure survey readiness.
• Coordinate product recalls, vendor services, and Biomedical equipment coordination.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation for surveys and accreditation.
• Support emergency preparedness and incident command readiness.
