Job summary

Mead & Hunt, Inc. seeks a highly motivated supervisor to lead the Architecture South Central group in Dallas, TX. The role emphasizes staff management, team development, and balancing billable work with oversight of projects that span local, state, and federal programs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience with architecture, or 7+ years without a degree. A hybrid schedule is offered, with at least three days onsite and potential partial remote work for highly qualified

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience; alternative path with an associate degree requires 5+ years.
• If no degree, at least 7 years of relevant architectural experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, managing, and mentoring architectural staff.
• Evaluating staff performance and helping with professional growth goals.
• Leading project management on government, military, and airport projects.
• Managing budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for medium to large projects.
• Developing and managing client contacts to secure future work.
• Developing proposals including scope and pricing; performing QC reviews.
• Assisting in design and production standard development.
