Job summary

ms consultants, inc. is seeking a Project Architect to lead the Building Systems team on commercial projects. You will mentor colleagues, drive design and production quality, and coordinate multiple disciplines to meet budgets and schedules.

The role reports to the Senior Architect (Technical Services Manager) and emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and client-focused design solutions. A hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture from ABET accredited or NCARB certified institution; master's degree preferred but not required.
• Proven field experience and relevant training or equivalent education/experience
• Experience in technical project teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Word, Outlook and Excel
• Excellent communication, collaboration, creative thinking and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Technical understanding of building design and construction techniques
• Production tasks within Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, and other MS Office platforms
• Assisting project team leaders to align Client & Technical Design Standards
• Creating high quality documents and checking work before hand-offs
• Monitoring the team’s production hours and comparing effort to budgets
• Lead coordination between in-house technical disciplines
• Manage production of multiple team members across concurrent projects
