Job summary

A prominent architecture and planning firm in San Diego is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to manage multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in project management, strong skills in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit/BIM, and must possess a degree in architecture. This hybrid position requires on-site work for a minimum of three days a week, ensuring project schedules and budgets are met while fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience coordinating all project efforts.
• Experience with multifamily projects.
• Completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program.
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project efforts to ensure efficient project execution.
• Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals.
• Manage client budgets, schedules, and communications.
• Provide oversight and monitor the work of less experienced staff.
