Jobot in New York, NY, is seeking an Architectural Designer to join our hybrid team. You will contribute from concept through handover, collaborating with engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to deliver compliant, innovative projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in architectural design within healthcare/institutional/government sectors.
• Proficient in Revit with a strong portfolio of complex design projects.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Develop innovative design concepts that meet client goals and budgets.
• Coordinate all project phases from briefing to handover.
• Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects.
• Use software to design and refine project plans.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections.
• Create detailed blueprints and 3D models.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Present proposals to clients and handle modifications.
