Qualifications

• BA/AS with relevant IT/CS or business degree and progressive experience.
• Experience in SQL data querying and CRM data reporting.
• Experience building reports and dashboards with Power BI/Tableau.
• Familiar with web tech for CRM customization (HTML/CSS/JS).

Responsibilities

• Write programs to extract, transform, load data and create test data.
• Develop dashboards, analytics, and data cubes; ensure data security.
• Design software interfaces and assist with system upgrades.
