Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance reporting, dashboards, and analytics for key business metrics and KPIs
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Support advanced analytics projects, including profitability analysis and financial automation initiatives
• Advise stakeholders on reporting, dashboard development, and analytics best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting capabilities, business processes, and operational efficiency
• Create and maintain documentation related to reporting, data sources, processes, and training materials
• Continue developing technical expertise and remain current on emerging analytics technologies and tools
• Assist in building scalable reporting solutions that support business growth and decision‑making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
• 2‑4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role
• Required business skills: problem‑solving/critical thinking; written/verbal communication (including the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical people); exceptional attention to detail; multi‑tasking; organization/planning
• Required technical skills: Intermediate Office 365; Power BI (or another data visualization tool); statistical analysis; data analysis (financial, transactional, process, digital); familiarity with at least one coding language (DAX preferred); basic relational data modeling (ETL tools, cardinality, schemas, fact vs dimension tables)
