Job summary

BizTech Staffing is seeking a Data Analyst who bridges business questions and data answers. You will partner with internal teams and clients to uncover real needs behind reporting requests, then design and build Power BI dashboards, SSRS reports, and SQL logic that bring answers to life.

You will consult, recommend, and shape how our organization uses data, validate results, and drive analytics improvements across the Microsoft data platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of data analysis or BI/reporting experience.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, SSRS, Power BI, and DAX.
• Strong consultative mindset and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Clarify objectives with stakeholders and identify real business needs.
• Design and build Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
• Develop SSRS reports with parameters and datasets.
• Write and optimize SQL for reports and datasets.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to shape data solutions.
• Ensure data quality by validating results against sources.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
