Job summary

Case Western Reserve University is seeking a data analytics professional to create, test, and train data models for university business office clients. You will provide comprehensive support for AI/ML models to deliver predictive and prescriptive insights for better management of the university.

Responsibilities include building scalable data pipelines, designing data visualizations, training models, and collaborating with SMEs to translate complex data into actionable decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years progressive experience or Master's with 1–2 years progressive experience.
• Strong knowledge across analytics lifecycle, statistics, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Import data from source systems into the data lake and build scalable data pipelines for analytics teams (30%).
• Design and develop data analytics visualizations and predictive models using advanced statistical methods (30%).
• Provide technical support for analytics applications, troubleshoot performance issues, and collaborate with SMEs (30%).
• Mentor teammates and coordinate work with other teams (10%).
