Job summary

PwC Greece is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join the Athens team. You will monitor SLAs, manage incidents, and work with cross-functional partners to resolve issues across business applications.

The role offers a hybrid working model and opportunities for growth within PwC's local and global network. The ideal candidate has a university degree in a technical field and 2+ years of production support experience, with strong SQL and REST API knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an Application Support or Operational Support role for business applications.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying, analyzing, and verifying data.
• Solid understanding of web application architecture and REST APIs.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain SLAs and KPIs for support projects.
• Manage incidents, requests, problems, and changes across apps.
• Investigate and resolve first-level operational issues.
• Use SQL to identify root causes and verify data.
• Leverage logging, monitoring, and observability tools.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure service continuity.
