Job summary

IAT Insurance Group is offering a Business Application Support Intern position for summer 2027 in Naperville, IL, Rolling Meadows, IL, or Milwaukee, WI. The program runs May 24–July 30, 2027, with a hybrid schedule (office Mon-Wed, remote Thu-Fri).

Interns gain practical, real-world experience, on-the-job training, and exposure to Enterprise systems while networking with subject matter experts. Rising undergraduates in good standing are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at Naperville, IL, Rolling Meadows, IL, or Milwaukee, WI offices without relocation assistance.
• Must complete the 10-week internship (May 24 – July 30, 2027).
• Ability to quickly learn IAT systems.
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical resources.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support various business units using Enterprise systems.
• Assist with training materials and job aids updates.
• Research resolutions and assist BAS and Service Desk analysts.
• Assist with monthly system Release Notes preparation.
• Participate in projects for the support teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues as part of the Service Desk.
• Perform other duties as needed.
