Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise systems, applications and network services.
• Assist with server, storage, cloud and collaboration platform administration.
• Review alerts and logs to identify issues; participate in troubleshooting.
• Help maintain DR plans, data validation and governance activities.
• Build dashboards, reports and operational metrics for IT leadership.
• Create documentation and process diagrams for procedures.
