Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated in Salem, MA is seeking an Application Systems Analyst II to support a portfolio of clinical and business applications. The role partners with hospital departments and IS teams to maintain, optimize, and enhance hospital applications and integrations.

With a focus on troubleshooting, system improvements, upgrades, and new initiatives, you will lead small-to-medium projects and coordinate system implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems is required (experience may be accepted in lieu).
• 2–3 years of experience in development, support, or operation of software applications.

Responsibilities

• Review system requirements and business processes; test, debug, and implement software solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans and perform software quality assurance activities.
• Provide ongoing support for software applications by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Train end users on software applications and develop end-user documentation.
• Run reports, update tables, and complete tasks associated with the ongoing operation of the software environment.
• Partner with hospital departments, vendors, and IS teams to support maintenance, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• Lead and coordinate small-to-medium projects and participate in system implementations.
