Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems required.
2–3 years of experience developing or supporting software applications.
Strong communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Review system requirements, test, debug, and implement software solutions.
Develop and execute test plans and ensure software quality.
Provide ongoing application support by troubleshooting issues.
Train end users and create end-user documentation.
Handle reporting, data updates, and routine maintenance of the software environment.
Collaborate with departments, vendors, and IS teams on upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
Lead small-to-medium projects and participate in system implementations.
