Responsibilities

• Review system requirements, test, debug, and implement software solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans and ensure software quality.
• Provide ongoing application support by troubleshooting issues.
• Train end users and create end-user documentation.
• Handle reporting, data updates, and routine maintenance of the software environment.
• Collaborate with departments, vendors, and IS teams on upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• Lead small-to-medium projects and participate in system implementations.

This role serves as a key technical and solutions-focused resource, partnering with hospital departments, vendors, and Information Systems teams to support, maintain, optimize, and enhance hospital applications and related integrations.About the RoleWorking with a high degree of independence, the Analyst II troubleshoots application issues, implements system improvements, supports upgrades, and contributes to new technology initiatives.
