Job summary

Exemplis is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Cypress, CA for a hybrid role that requires three onsite days per week (Tuesday–Thursday). You will handle data entry, invoice coding, and vendor communications to ensure timely, accurate payments.

Key duties include 3-way matching, high-volume invoice processing, and maintaining AP procedures. A manufacturing background is preferred and Excel experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a high volume environment.
• Background check including credit and criminal history.
• Manufacturing background preferred.
• Able to process about 1,000 invoices per month.
• Experience with 3-way matching AP processes.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices against purchase orders and receiving reports; code invoices as needed.
• Code non-inventory payables such as expense reimbursements and utilities.
• Communicate with vendors on AP issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with purchasing on inventory-related items.
• Perform routine AP account reconciliations.
• Assist in developing AP procedures and protocols.
• Update daily activity summaries and vendor logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
