Job summary

CJ Logistics is seeking an AP/AR Administrator to support our Freight Forwarding operations, handling a range of payable and receivable tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

You will work with regional teams to record expenses and revenue, facilitate urgent payments to key suppliers, and help ensure smooth month-end close in our ERP and Coupa environment. Hybrid role in Des Plaines, IL with on-site presence most days.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field required.
• 1–2 years in a financial or accounting support role.
• Understanding of debits, credits, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Experience with Coupa, SAP or Oracle ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process ad-hoc AP/AR transactions for Operations.
• Investigate posting discrepancies in ERP.
• Manage weekly reports on POs and SOs.
• Reconcile payments from third-party platforms.
• Support month-end close with A/P Manager.
• Assist with invoice processing for warehouse operations.
