• 3–4 years of post-JD antitrust and competition experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation in federal and state courts
• Assist with merger clearance reviews and regulatory filings
• Advise clients during FTC/DOJ investigations
• Conduct legal research and analysis of competition law issues
• Draft motions, briefs, agency submissions, and client memoranda
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to support matters
• Monitor developments in antitrust enforcement and policy
