Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or related field.
• 1–2 years in financial services or annuities.
• Experience supporting a financial advisor or advisory office preferred.
• High level of diligence, accuracy, confidentiality and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor business inflow and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Engage with Annuity Carrier Partners and Financial Advisors.
• Input data into Salesforce CRM with accuracy.
• Provide status updates to sales personnel and clients.
• Organize and categorize information for easy retrieval.
• Compile reports on operations and performance metrics.
• Follow up with partners to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects for operations management.
