Job summary

Halo Investing in Chicago is seeking an Operations Associate for the Annuity team. You will handle paperwork, monitor inflows, and support partners and advisors to keep operations running smoothly.

You will log data in Salesforce, generate reports, and coordinate follow-ups with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.

This hybrid role requires a 3-day-per-week presence in our downtown office; a finance/business background and 1–2 years of financial services experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• The candidate will hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial services and/or annuities preferred.
• Experience supporting a financial advisor or advisory office is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and document necessary paperwork accurately and compliantly.
• Monitor and report on business inflow and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Communicate proactively with Annuity Carrier Partners and Financial Advisors.
• Enter and maintain data in Salesforce CRM ensuring data integrity.
• Provide status updates to sales personnel and clients on progress.
