College of Eastern Idaho invites applications for qualified instructors to teach BIOL 227 & 228 Human Anatomy & Physiology. The role involves delivering lectures and labs, developing course materials, and maintaining regular office hours for a dynamic, face-to-face and virtual classroom environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in biology or a related field with 18 graduate credits, possess instructional and clinical experience, and may be bilingual in Spanish. Idaho residency is required.

Qualifications

• Instructional experience, preferably at a post-secondary level.
• Clinical experience.
• Instructional experience with Pathophysiology, Microbiology and/or other introductory biology classes.
• Bilingual (Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Teaches BIOL 227 &/or BIOL 228 Human Anatomy & Physiology (four credits each) with accompanying lab sections.
• Holds regular office hours.
• Develops related instructional materials (syllabus, lectures, course materials, evaluation tools, classroom activities) for face-to-face or virtual instruction.
• Attends in-service and other departmental meetings.
• Participates with committees and other service opportunities to the college.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
