Job summary

Puig USA is seeking an Analytics Engineer to build analytical datasets, semantic models, Power BI solutions, and automated workflows that enable better decision-making. This role combines strong technical skills with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Analytics OR related field.
• 3+ years in Analytics Engineering or data engineering.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data transformation.
• Experience with Power BI semantic models and dashboards.
• Experience integrating data from multiple systems and APIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (BigQuery, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain analytical datasets and semantic models.
• Develop scalable Power BI datasets, data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Use SQL and Python to transform, automate, and prepare data.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions.
• Improve data accessibility and documentation across reporting.
