Job summary

Blueair, part of Unilever, seeks an Account Manager for Amazon to drive growth on Vendor Central across US and CA markets. You’ll manage daily operations, ensure catalog accuracy, and support the senior team to hit sales and profitability targets.

You’ll work hybrid, with in-office Tue–Thu within commuting distance of a Blueair office, collaborating with the global team and stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to optimize inventory, pricing, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce or retail account management, ideally in Amazon Vendor Central (1P).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, and you communicate clearly.
• Highly proficient in Excel.
• Experience with ARA, Brand Registry, or BI dashboards is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Run Vendor Central operations including PO and sellout tracking, shortage disputes, chargeback recovery, and AVS communications.
• Keep catalog accuracy across regions, catch suppressed or duplicate ASINs, and work with brand/marketing on A+ content.
• Bring promotions to life with Coupons, Best Deals, Prime Day, Holiday.
• Turn data into insight using ARA and dashboards to build weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to align inventory and forecasts.
