Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an Alternative Investments Associate and Accountant to support hedge funds, private equity funds, and closed-end products.

You’ll calculate net asset value, handle investor reporting, and ensure GAAP-compliant fund accounting across multiple relationships. You will record trades, reconcile contributions and withdrawals, allocate profits, and prepare fund statements, audits, and tax schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 2–5 years of related experience in portfolio/partnership accounting
• Experience in hedge funds, private equity funds or closed-end products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting, administration, and investor servicing for hedge funds, private equity funds and closed-end products
• Record trade information, reconcile investor contributions/withdrawals, and apply valuations
• Prepare fund financial statements, audit and tax schedules, and allocate fund profits to investors
