Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT certification in good standing required.
• Maryland Radiographer license in good standing or eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of post-secondary radiologic technology teaching.
• Minimum 3 years clinical radiology experience.
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience in an accredited program.
• Strong knowledge of JRCERT standards and program outcomes.
• Knowledge of evaluation models and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Radiologic Technology program and faculty.
• Lead curriculum development, assessment and accreditation activities.
• Maintain documentation for accreditation and compliance with standards.
• Manage program budget and instructional resources.
• Oversee student recruitment, advising, and progression.
• Ensure clinical site compliance and student eligibility requirements.
• Collaborate with college leadership and external stakeholders.
• Teach a limited number of courses and supervise clinical sites.
