This executive role translates strategy into execution, shaping the AI opportunity portfolio, governance, and value realization. The candidate will drive adoption, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure responsible AI use across regions with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading strategy or enterprise programs, incl. AI initiatives at scale.
• Senior contributor with influence, not headcount ownership.
• Translates strategy into measurable value across global, multi-region orgs.
• Deep knowledge of AI tools, governance, and change/adoption strategy.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management at C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise AI transformation roadmap with leadership alignment.
• Size, prioritize, and realize high-value AI/automation opportunities.
• Design governance and operating model for AI adoption and data access.
• Coordinate between business and IT with clear accountability.
• Lead adoption, training, and change across regions and functions.
