Timmons Group in Richmond, VA is seeking an AI Innovation and Enablement Leader to guide, coordinate, and accelerate the firm’s use of AI, automation, Microsoft 365, data analytics, digital delivery, GIS, and related technologies. Remote options will be considered.

The role partners with executives to identify high‑value AI enabled solutions, establish governance, and drive adoption across technical and non‑technical teams, delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in technology adoption, digital transformation, innovation, or AI enablement.
• Experience leading enterprise technology adoption.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and Microsoft ecosystem (365, Power Platform).
• Experience in governance models and change initiatives.
• Security, data governance, privacy, and responsible AI familiarity.
