Job summary

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is seeking an Innovation and AI Solutions Engineer to develop, optimize, and grow the firm’s AI solutions across practice and enterprise use cases. The role supports attorneys and staff with software development, low/no-code solutions, and data initiatives, in a hybrid or remote setup.

The candidate will build AI solutions, automate data workflows, and integrate data sources while ensuring security and scalable documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing data-driven solutions for complex datasets.
• Strong software development skills with prototyping, building, and iterating code-based solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases; experience with data integration and ETL concepts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices, and cloud deployments (Azure preferred).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate needs into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain innovation and AI solutions with large, complex data sets.
• Support innovation projects by enabling data integrations and best practices for analytics.
• Automate manual work and design robust data delivery and integration infrastructure.
• Apply NLP/ML techniques to surface actionable business insights for practice metrics.
• Ensure data security across multiple locations and maintain documentation.
