Job summary

Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Dallas seeks a Senior Innovation Engineer to advance AI and low-code solutions within the Information Technology Department. You will design Harvey workflows, Power Automate integrations, and secure, scalable AI tooling to support attorneys, business professionals, and clients.

You will host interactive sessions, provide enablement, and act as the trusted AI advisor in the Dallas office, collaborating with LTA, and ensuring Responsible AI practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Legal Studies, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in legal technology, enterprise solutions, knowledge innovation, or a comparable professional services environment.
• Hands-on experience with at least one generative AI platform—Harvey strongly preferred—including prompt design, Assistants/Agents, and workflow orchestration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps; SharePoint Online experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of RAG patterns, vector stores, and grounding techniques for legal content.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration basics; light scripting (JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills—able to run a working session and translate complex systems into accessible language.
• Strong grounding in data governance, responsible AI, and information security principles in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Harvey workflows in partnership with practice groups across multiple disciplines.
• Develop Power Automate and Power Platform low-code solutions that connect Harvey, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and firm systems of record to streamline attorney workflows.
• Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) knowledge bases for secure, authoritative outputs.
• Contribute to a library of reusable workflows, prompts, and templates for rapid deployment across matters.
• Lead interactive AI sessions, office hours, and enablement programs; provide hands-on coaching and prototype with attorneys.
