Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, data analytics, computer science, or a related field is required.
• Two or more years of experience in business analysis, AI automation, technology support, project coordination, process improvement, technology enablement, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, critical-thinking, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating needs into practical technology solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Experience with AI tools and governance practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and track AI and automation opportunities across global functions.
• Support design, configuration, testing, documentation, and maintenance of AI agents, copilots, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, vendors, and project owners to implement AI solutions from concept to deployment.
• Provide end-user training and adoption support for approved AI tools.
• Assist AI governance activities, data privacy awareness, and information security considerations.
