Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 1–2+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, ticketing systems, SharePoint
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Must be a self-starter who can work independently
• Experience with tracking and reporting project metrics
• Experience managing stakeholders and ability to adjust to changing priorities

• Orchestrating meetings and capturing meeting minutes
• Organizing project kickoff and Technical Exchange Meetings
• Facilitating customer/partner engagements to recognize requirements
• Assisting with resolving blockers and aligning cross-functional teams around project goals and technical requirements
