Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in software engineering, Python proficiency, and hands-on cloud and CI/CD experience. This hybrid role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on reliable backend solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience with microservices or distributed systems.
• Proficient in Python for backend applications and automation tooling.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred; Azure a bonus) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Kiro).
• Experience with agentic workflows and AI-driven coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement microservices for CI/CD: build and maintain backend Python services for deployment pipelines.
• Contribute to CI/CD infrastructure: develop APIs and automation to speed deployments and testing.
• Support system reliability: monitor and maintain backend services and improve distributed systems performance.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices: use AI tools with judgment to verify outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and grow technical skills with senior engineers.
