Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, or related field.
- 5+ years in product development engineering, engineering operations, or program management.
- Experience in digital transformation or AI enablement.
- Proven cross-functional leadership and results.
- Strong PM, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
- Familiarity with generative AI, data platforms, and enterprise tech.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to inventory AI tools and agents.
- Classify assets and identify duplicates to consolidate.
- Estimate impact on throughput, speed, efficiency, and quality.
- Prepare GVHE nominations with problem, owner, users, impact, risks.
- Track nominations through GEOS/IT decisions and report milestones.
- Establish cadence for intake, nomination, reassessment.
