Hybrid schedule includes 3 in-person days at Quincy, MA or other core locations and 2 remote days; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Salary range listed is $125,040 - $187,560.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field; advanced data science experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, ML libraries, and model evaluation techniques.
• Understanding of deep learning and generative AI.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy ML models using established architectures and frameworks.
• Support feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
• Assist in developing automated ML training and monitoring pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering and product partners to refine AI solution requirements.
• Research tools and methods to enhance model performance.
• May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.
