Job summary

ASU EdPlus seeks an AI Learning Solutions Architect to design and scale AI-augmented digital learning architectures. You will lead cross-disciplinary collaboration with data scientists, UX researchers, product managers, and faculty to create persistent AI infrastructure and reusable assets.

You will architect modular experiences, develop prompts and knowledge bases, and guide non-technical teams in adopting AI tools to transform education at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years in relevant field.
• Experience building low-code/no-code AI workflows.
• Experience structuring AI knowledge repositories.
• 5+ years designing digital learning architectures.
• Proven collaboration with higher education faculty.

Responsibilities

• Architect modular, scaffolded digital learning experiences for continuous optimization and measurable student growth.
• Translate cognitive load theory, retrieval practice, and constructive alignment into concrete, reusable design patterns.
• Establish documented architectural standards across all digital learning programs.
• Build and run multi-agent AI workflows for needs analysis, content generation, and prototype stress-testing.
• Develop system prompts, prompt libraries, and skill files embedding pedagogical standards into tools.
• Structure knowledge bases AI systems can query to generate and refine learning assets.
• Coach instructional designers on systematic AI integration to accelerate shift from content to learning architecture.
• Partner with faculty to co-design AI-augmented courses and lead rapid prototyping workshops.
• Document successful design patterns and case studies to demonstrate measurable impact.
