Infinitus Systems is building AI-powered health communications to connect patients and healthcare providers at scale. You will contribute to Eva, our AI health assistant, and help design scalable backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines that support automated healthcare administration.

The role blends hands-on backend development with opportunities to shape technical direction, mentor engineers, and drive cross-team collaboration in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of practical full-stack engineering experience.
• Leadership in design and delivery of complex products across the full stack.
• Deep expertise in modern frontend and backend development with React, TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, C++, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale AI-powered, user-facing products that make Eva’s healthcare interactions more intelligent and reliable.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex full-stack product experiences, including architecture, APIs, data integrations, and workflows.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and Infra to bring AI capabilities into real-world workflows.
