MJH Life Sciences is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to keep our sales teams moving efficiently and our systems running accurately. You will manage CRM platforms, track pipeline, and support conference coordination while partnering with marketing to produce sales enablement materials.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable using AI to streamline tasks, deliver insights faster, and allow the sales team to focus on building relationships and closing business.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in sales operations or related roles.
• Experience with AI-native workflows and CRM automation is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; healthcare or life sciences experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce and SharePoint in real time, input data, and pull reports.
• Use AI tools to draft communications, summarize notes, and automate CRM tasks.
• Compile weekly sales call reports, dashboards, pipeline summaries, and monthly metrics.
• Provide backup support to sales team during fieldwork or conferences.
• Coordinate conference logistics and collaborate with internal teams for events.
• Attend internal sales meetings, capture notes, and follow up on actions.
• Develop sales collateral with marketing and creative teams.
• Track ad materials for monthly ad close meetings.
• Handle customer service emails and calls professionally.
• Coordinate publications to editors and advertisers as requested.
• Maintain franchise sections in the content library.
