Job summary

MJH Life Sciences is seeking a Digital Network Coordinator to support and oversee digital operations. You will monitor system performance, coordinate installations, troubleshoot network issues, and act as a liaison between technical and operations teams to ensure smooth digital campaign execution.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in digital operations, an AI-native mindset, strong Excel and Salesforce experience, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital operations or related field.
• AI-native mindset and ability to use tools like ChatGPT/Claude for task automation and communication.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; nothing in your queue falls through the cracks.
• Clear, professional communicator; able to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, energetic, adaptable with a collaborative team mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality assurance dashboards and ensure Salesforce fields are updated and network performance meets standards.
• Use AI tools to streamline daily checklists, summarize system status, draft escalation communications, and improve routine operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve digital network issues, escalate unresolved items with documented steps.
• Prioritize tasks and pivot quickly to new challenges without losing momentum.
• Act as liaison between technical and operations teams to ensure clear communication.
• Create and complete daily checklists to maintain QA standards across the digital network.
• Support the digital operations team during large projects and ensure execution and follow-through.
• Participate in leadership check-ins to review progress and drive continuous improvement.
