Overview

Seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to drive AI innovation through research, proof-of-value development, and enterprise AI solution delivery. This role requires hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI applications, strong full-stack development skills, and expertise in cloud-hosted environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions to solve complex business challenges.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and architectures from a technical and business perspective.

• Build scalable AI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG frameworks, and cloud-native services.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development and systems analysis experience.

• Experience withLLMs, RAG architectures, model fine-tuning, and cloud deployment.

• Strong experience hosting applications inAzure(preferred), AWS, or GCP.

• Experience with DevOps/DevSecOpsand Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience withAgentic AI.

• Microsoft ecosystem experience, includingAzure OpenAIand Power Platform.

• .NET experience is a plus, butnot required.

• Background supporting large-scale enterprise, AI, or data center environments.

• Local Richmond, VA candidates strongly preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
