Job summary

G-TECH Services LLC is hiring a Business Solutions Analyst in a hybrid Brighton, MI role. You will bridge technology and business stakeholders for application development, reporting, and QA, gathering requirements and delivering functional and technical designs.

The role supports UI/UX consistency, champions AI and testing tools, and collaborates with IT to ensure high-quality deliverables across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business/Management, CS, or related field is required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive Business System/Info Systems/BA/QA experience for application lifecycles.
• QA experience through direct or combined analyst/QA role.
• SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices; Jira for sprint planning and defect tracking.
• AI or generative AI tools experience preferred (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude).
• PMP or CBAP preferred; healthcare/long-term care industry exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis support and technical direction within the Business Solutions team.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements and design documentation for coding, testing, and rollout.
• Lead design and support of key reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Coordinate UAT strategies and execution across business users and IT partners.
