SVA Consulting seeks an Associate to support AI, Analytics, and Change Leadership practices, onsite with a hybrid option. Based in the Madison, WI office, the role focuses on project coordination, research, and outreach to grow client engagement and practice visibility.

The ideal candidate is organized, curious about technology trends, and eager to learn consulting delivery and development activities. 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred, with strong communication skills and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years in consulting support, business development, marketing, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across AI, Analytics, and Change Leadership practices.
• Organize internal initiatives, priorities, and activities.
• Coordinate meetings, planning sessions, and communications.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and client-facing materials.
• Assist with project coordination and logistical support.
• Develop analysis, documentation, and project deliverables.
