Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Workforce Modernization team. The role is hybrid/in-office with expectations to be onsite when required, and can be located in Chicago, Nashville, or Houston.

You’ll design enterprise-level change strategies, deliver AI coaching, and drive stakeholder engagement to accelerate adoption of new ways of working. You will develop AI-enhanced training and learning assets, measure adoption, and provide post-implementation coaching to

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in change management with complex initiatives.
Experience in AI coaching and enabling teams to adopt AI-enabled changes.
Knowledge of PROSCI/ACMP frameworks is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Design and lead enterprise-level change strategies integrating behavioral insights and AI-supported analysis.
Deliver AI coaching to change leaders and teams.
Drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to align sponsors and leaders.
Develop AI-enhanced learning experiences and capability-building programs.
Anticipate resistance using data-driven diagnostics and targeted interventions.
Establish measurement frameworks to track adoption, proficiency, and learning outcomes.
Provide post-implementation coaching for long-term sustainability.
