Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, engineering, or business analytics.
• 3+ years of analytics, consulting, or project management experience.
• Experience in analytics, AI, or digital literacy programs.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business terms.
• Familiarity with BI tools and AI governance basics.

Responsibilities

• Advance AI literacy and organizational readiness through education, coaching, and enablement activities.
• Facilitate workshops, forums, and learning experiences on AI, analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Translate business needs to technical possibilities and support informed decision-making.
• Increase visibility by sharing best practices and resources across AI efforts.
• Guide integration of AI and analytics into business processes and decision-making.
