Job summary

Pacific Life Insurance Company is seeking an AI and Analytics Specialist to drive AI/analytics initiatives within the Workforce Benefits team. You will design and deploy AI solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business value across underwriting, claims, enrollment, and operations.

You will collaborate with business, technology, data, and risk teams to move opportunities from concept to production, ensuring governance and responsible AI practices throughout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI, analytics, data science, ML, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor's or master's in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and large language models.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of AI and analytics solutions across Workforce Benefits.
• Develop and deploy generative AI, ML, and analytics capabilities including RAG and agents.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions integrated with enterprise data.
• Own initiatives from concept to production, adoption, and value realization.
• Deliver dashboards and insights while applying responsible AI practices.
