Job summary

JST seeks a Junior Agile Projects Operation Manager to support multiple project workstreams in a hybrid role with onsite presence in San Antonio, TX. You will assist Agile delivery, coordinate operations for Agile teams, and back up Scrum Master duties, driving momentum and clear communications.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in program operations, strong documentation skills, and familiarity with DoD environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or preferred in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
Experience coordinating Agile delivery across multiple workstreams and technical domains.

Responsibilities

Support Agile delivery across multiple technical workstreams (.NET, Java, Oracle EBS).
Provide operational support and coordination for Agile capability development teams.
Act as backup Scrum Master or Agile Lead and enable ceremonies and remove blockers.
Craft clear team communications, documentation, and briefings with minimal oversight.
Translate leadership priorities into actionable direction for distributed teams.
Supervise and coordinate tasks for 25+ developers and analysts.
Mentor team members in Agile practices and promote AI tools adoption.
Continuously evaluate delivery processes and identify improvement opportunities.
