LendingTree is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join our Engineering Operations team in Charlotte, NC. You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to maintain delivery pace and continuously improve how teams work.

The role blends agile leadership with project management and systems thinking to scale delivery effectively. You will lead multiple teams, surface insights on performance, and help shape scalable processes while ensuring alignment across functions and timely

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing software projects in an Agile environment.
• Experience leading web-based application projects or platform initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Linear.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery practices for assigned teams (Scrum or Kanban).
• Partner with Product and Engineering to plan, prioritize, and track work.
• Identify and remove impediments that slow teams down.
• Build and share metrics showing progress, throughput, and outcomes.
• Coach teams on Agile principles to improve flow and collaboration.
• Foster clear communication across Engineering and other functions.

The Role:

We're looking for an Agile Project Manager to join our Engineering Operations team. You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to keep delivery on track and help our teams continuously improve how they work.

This role blends agile and scrum leadership, project management, and systems thinking - balancing the structure needed for execution with the flexibility that agile work demands. You'll lead multiple teams through planning and delivery, surface insights on team performance, and help shape how we scale effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery practices for assigned teams (Scrum or Kanban).
• Partner with Product and Engineering to plan, prioritize, and track work through delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments that slow teams down.
• Build and share metrics that give visibility into progress, throughput, and outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS
