Job summary

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) seeks an entrepreneurial Assistant Agency Account Manager to support central states agency operations in a hybrid Lees Summit, MO/ Kansas City area. You will coordinate onboarding, filings, and payments, and assist with events and communications across the agency team.

You will interact with agents, manage documents, and ensure accuracy in licensing, insurance, and tracking systems. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Dependable, flexible, and able to perform under deadlines and pressure.
• Proactive, accountable, and able to work independently within guidelines.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook; Canva and Constant Contact a plus.
• Ability to perform basic bookkeeping and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and process new agency applications and maintain tracking.
• Prepare agency contracts and maintain agent files and records.
• Maintain E&O insurance and agent licensing records.
• Train and support agents in AgentTrax; assist with ePay/eRemit and payments.
• Resolve account discrepancies and collect receivables; apply payments.
• Track high-liability approval requests and issue policies as needed.
• Notify agents of new claims and collect agent files for Claims Department.
• Coordinate communications, events, and webinars using Constant Contact.
• Provide admin support to Agency Manager and Account Managers; manage invoices.
